JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow Reports, Accounts Reconciliation and other accounting related, office administrative duties for freight forwarders.

*** This job is currently a hybrid position due to COVID, with some work-from-home option available after training is established. ***

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree graduates minimum
• Three year minimum accounting working experience
• Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, good autonomy and able to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills with co-workers on the phone and Skype; and with vendors via email
• Skillful in using accounting software, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other computer programs

$20 - $22/ hour depending on qualification

• San Diego, CA 92111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
