Transcosmos is looking for self-motivated individuals to join our customer service team. We are hiring for our classes starting on March 8, 2021 and March 15, 2021. As a Call Center Agent, you provide assistance and services for our various clients across the U.S. and are the customer’s primary point of contact from start to finish. The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound calls and emails while creating exceptional customer experiences. Having the ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment are skills we desire in a successful candidate.
