Position Overview
This position is part of the Sales Department and will work closely with the Customer Support and OEM Sales teams. This position offers a clear path for more responsibility and advancement within the Sales Department for the right person who exhibits superior phone skills, is able to learn our products technically, and demonstrates the ability to provide great customer service to both internal and external customers.
You will be trained to become technically proficient with our products and equipped to answer customer questions regarding their orders and their account. You will be involved in managing the entire customer experience by ensuring all their needs and requirements are met quickly and accurately. You will also work closely with the sales teams, handling assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
This position works out of our office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
