Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transfer Agent with 3-6 years of relevant experience to process and manage shareholder transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a thorough understanding of financial services, focusing on accurate and efficient handling of purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates. This position will require a strong ability to assist clients with regulatory compliance and resolve issues related to shareholder records and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process shareholder requests such as purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
Assist clients in completing required documentation for account transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to shareholder accounts, records, and transfer agency processes.
Educate clients on transfer agency procedures, policies, and regulatory standards to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, transfer agency best practices, and internal procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the global financial services industry with exposure to treasury management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve complex client issues.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and other digital tools.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
