CALL CENTER AGENT REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS SALES, UP-SELLING, MARKETING, COLLECTIONS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN A FACE TO FACE OR CALL CENTER SETTING. ABILITY TO HANDLE DEMANDING CUSTOMERS WITH PATIENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM.(PERSUASIVE/NEGOTIATING SKILLS)- ENTHUSIASTIC/MOTIVATED AND EXCELLENT VERBAL COMMUNICATION ABILITIES AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS**

**Remote position until restrictions are lifted – must have work from home capabilities. Once lifted, you must be able to work and commute to our West Hills, CA onsite location. **
