    Are you passionate about providing counseling services to youth and families, while having the freedom to make your own schedule and making a great income? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our counseling practice by delivering individual, family, and group counseling to youth ages 6-24 and their families. Our ideal candidate holds a Masters's Degree in Counseling or Social Work and is either licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in the State of Oregon or pursuing licensure in the State of Oregon. We support and provide supervision for candidates who are pursuing licensure. The candidate must be committed to working for an LGBTQAI+ inclusive, anti-racist practice that promotes youth voice and empowerment. Therapists are all employee status with benefits. Full-time therapists are expected to deliver an average of 22 clinical hours per week. Qualifications: • A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work is required. • Active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the State of Oregon, or plans to pursue licensure in the State of Oregon. • Must be an Oregon resident, preferably located in Southern Oregon. • Clinical experience working with youth and families is strongly preferred. Compensation: $75,000+ yearly
