    If you are enthusiastic about offering counseling services to youth and families, with the flexibility to create your own schedule and earn a competitive salary, we have an exciting opening to become part of our counseling practice. The role involves providing individual, family, and group counseling to youth ages 6-24. We are currently hiring at our Grants Pass locations for full-time and part-time therapists. Our ideal candidate should possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work and be licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in the State of Oregon or working towards licensure in Oregon. We offer support and supervision for those pursuing licensure. Candidates must be dedicated to working in an LGBTQIA+ inclusive, anti-racist environment that advocates for youth empowerment and expression. Our therapists are employed with benefits. Full-time therapists are expected to conduct an average of 22 clinical hours per week and part-time therapists are expected to deliver at least 12 clinical hours per week. Benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid vacation days and sick time • 401K • Flexible working hours • Individual and group supervision • Administrative and billing support to enable you to concentrate on clinical duties • Paid onboarding • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and education. • Offices furnished beautifully Responsibilities: • Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to youth aged 6-24. • Complete a biopsychosocial assessment for each client and develop personalized treatment plans. • Coordinate with other service providers of the clients and make community referrals when necessary. • Maintain timely and comprehensive written records using an Electronic Health Record system. • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team collaboration and learning. • Participate in at least one community volunteer activity each year to increase youth mental health awareness. • Coordinate with supervisor and office manager to maintain an active and full caseload of clients. Qualifications: • Candidates must possess a Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work. • It is required to hold an active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the State of Oregon, or have intentions to pursue licensure in Oregon. • Candidates must be Oregon residents, with a strong preference for those located in Southern Oregon so that in person services can be delivered. • Prior clinical experience working with youth and families is highly valued for this role. • A desire to be part of a team and work collaboratively. • Be able to stay organized and communicate effectively. Compensation: $80,000+ yearly
