Located in Murray, so we might be tempted to take an occasional trip to Top Golf. But beware your dry cleaner may suffer, because we basically wear jeans every day! And we promise to get you a cake on your birthday! If you choose to join our tight-knit group, realize we work as a team and our focus is taking the best possible care of the guests. But, we need some help; we need a full-time marketing team member.

Honestly, you need to be able to grab the bull by the horns who really owns and has pride in their work. Of course, you will have specific job responsibilities, but we love to take on projects to strengthen our brand. Oh and be willing to smash deadlines in the face. We looking for someone who has ideas and can contribute while also moving fast but being agile to a fast-paced day always reviewing our marketing strategies and thinking of ideas to be better.

We would love to find a rockstar, with experience in email marketing, graphic design, blog writing, minor HTML, and quality content creation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Team Member. In this role, your goal is to inform customers about our latest events and promotions through highly engaging email and text campaigns. Your responsibilities will include managing email databases, writing newsletters, creating Vacation Rental listings, responding to online reviews, and designing and implementing email/text marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques and excellent copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

Perform research to identify our target audience

Create email and text marketing campaigns

Proofread and edit emails prior to sending

Create mobile-friendly email templates that include graphics and personalization

Write and send regular newsletters

Create new vacation rental listings as well as improve existing listings

Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients

Minimize email unsubscribes

Graphic design

Blog writing

Minor HTML and quality content creation

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or a related field or Commensurate With Experience

Previous experience in Marketing with content creation or similar position

Familiar with content management systems

Understanding of SEO/SEM techniques, Google Analytics, and keyword research

Knowledge of basic HTML

Strong copywriting, grammar, and written communication skills
