JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Experience Agent will have a direct impact in shaping the customer experience and future growth of our brand. You will be focused on establishing trusting relationships with our customers to help them reach their personal health and fitness goals with our supplements. Your role will help empower our customers to make healthy lifestyle changes that support the total body transformation, from the inside out. Our customers are a part of the Transformation family and we want to support their health journey with empathy and a wow experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Build and maintain customer relationships to deliver a WOW customer experience
· Increase customer retention with product education and goal support
· Increase revenue through product cross selling and subscription services
· Maintain a continual working knowledge of the brands products, services, promotions
· Help identify customer experience trends
· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
· Handle all customer service requests and complaints with composure, empathy, and kindness
· Help customers process manual orders and walk through the checkout process
· Answer live phone calls and deliver accurate information to caller to resolve their issues and answer any questions they have about our products and ingredients
· Outbound calls to follow up with new customers and make sure they know how to incorporate our supplements into their daily routines
· Outbound calls to Subscription members, to share all the benefits of our subscription discounts, customizable options, rewards program, and our Facebook Community
· Acting as the voice of the brand and engage in social commentary and questions on ad units across Facebook and Instagram
· Help monitor social media comments and support members of the Facebook Community
· Monitor and escalate any customer service issues to senior management
· Responsible for all Zendesk customer service inquiries via text, online messaging, emails, and frequently asked questions with the assistance of a small team overseen by the Customer Experience/Community Manager
· Reporting insights to senior management during weekly meeting - what our customers and potential customers are saying, wanting, needing, etc. and drawing insights on how to solve those questions
