Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring proper client intake submission, client billing management, and serving as a liaison between Transformational Living Homes Inc. and our grant consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure proper client intake submission, including accurate documentation and compliance with program requirements.
· Manage client billing, process all accounts receivable, maintain accurate financial records, and demonstrate strong QuickBooks skills.
· Ensure that all clients are matched with appropriate programs.
· Oversee compliance with program requirements, including voucher and assessment processing.
· Serve as the primary liaison between Transformational Living Homes Inc. and our grant writing and fund development firm, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
· Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed to ensure the highest level of service for our clients.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, local agencies, and other stakeholders.
· Prepare and submit reports and updates to the Executive Director as required.
Qualifications:
· A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field are a plus.
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social services, housing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
· Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and requirements for supported housing programs.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and expertise in QuickBooks and accounts receivable management.
· Experience with grant writing and management, as well as budgeting and financial reporting.

· Be able and willing to work flexible hours which may include evenings or weekends
· Have employment eligibility verification.
· Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
· Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination/ Tuberculosis Test
