About the Clinic Director (LSW/LPC/LMFT) role:
- Hiring and training of clinical team
- Clinical leadership and decision-making regarding the clinical system of care and individual client care
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of the team and ensure that supervision is being provided in accordance with regulatory agencies, payor contracts, and licensing boards where applicable
- Accountable for clinic productivity and performance, using data to monitor and drive decisions around hiring, scheduling, etc.
- Promote compliance with applicable requirements, laws, and regulations
- Provide day-to-day support to front office/customer service teams in collaboration with the Director of Operations
- Facilitate onboarding in collaboration with training and human resource teams
- Actively support clinicians and help reduce burnout and improve morale in collaboration with Market Vice President
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members and manage corrective action as needed with support from Human Resources
- Participate in leadership team meetings and facilitate clinic staff meetings
- Carry a caseload of 8-10 therapy clients per week if applicable
- Day-to-day management of prescribers assigned to Clinic, around issues of scheduling, client assignment, clinical client management, etc. in collaboration with Intake Manager and Quality and Engagement Operations Manager
About You:
- Must have a master’s degree from an applicable accredited program
- Must have a valid independent clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) with experience in outpatient mental health counseling
- Must have previous leadership experience including clinic supervision with strong business savviness and acumen
- Must have a firm understanding of the operations of a clinic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team, especially in stressful situations
- Comfortable using data to manage performance and outcomes as well as working in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of state/federal rules and regulations, which includes understanding of current standards, principles, and practices of psychiatric care
