• FULL TIME = 40 SCHEDULED HOURS A WEEK

SCHEDULE

• Scheduling will call you to set up your permanent shifts based on your availability. Most sites start between 5am and 12pm
• You will be told who your site leader is before your first shift
• Most shift are 8-12 hours in length.

DRESS CODE:

• Uniform (to be provided) / Please wear Closed Toes Shoes (Comfortable Footwear)
• We will provide PPE (Masks/ gloves/gowns available as well)

LOCATION

• You will Report directly to our Quincy, MA
• You must be able to get yourself to our main Quincy location daily on Brook Rd.
• From there will navigate to one of the sites using our company vehicles. .
• Sites are a mix of indoor and outdoor locations. Please bring a lunch and dress prepare according.

COVID-19 TESTING SITE SPECIALIST

The Covid-19 Testing Site Specialist is a hybrid role functioning both as an emergency medical vehicle (Ambulance) operator and provides logistical support to our rapidly expanding COVID-19 testing team. This novel position will allow qualified individuals an opportunity to engage in and learn all sides of our business while making a measurable difference in our mission to the communities we serve. The Covid-19 Testing Site Specialist can expect to work in a fluid role where their cross training allows them to make considerable impact on daily operations by utilizing their training to effortlessly partner with and support EMS professionals or Testing personal. Our Transformative Team Testers (EMT’s and/or Paramedics) work in the community to conduct testing for DPH designated patients.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drives license

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow all guidelines as it relates to COVID-19 precautions set forth by the state of Massachusetts and Transformative Healthcare.
• Educate patients on the process of testing.
• Process Patient paperwork and data entry.
• Ensure all testing labels and requisitions are correctly completed for the specimens at each testing site.
• Assist with flow of patients arriving onsite for testing.
• Perform symptom screening
• Ensure the team is always compliant.
• Responsible for COVID-19 testing via nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab.
• Collect swabs for diagnostic testing
• Put on and remove personal protective equipment (PPE) per company protocol
• Maintenance of the location and sanitization of screening areas.

• Works in a team environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to handle stress and problem solve.
• Ability to listen and comprehend spoken/written word.
• Ability to work with others.

PHYSICAL DUTIES

• Frequently lifting up to 125 lbs.; Frequently carrying up to 50 lbs. Frequently pushing up to 250 lbs
• Frequently reaching forward, stepping up and down bending, squatting, or kneeling
• Wear equipment including personal protective equipment and gloves.
• Continuously sitting for a minimum of 1 hour.
