We are seeking Contract Psychologists and Social Workers who reside in the State of Georgia to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assess nature of clients' situation by interviewing and reviewing personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for compassionate Psychologists and Social Workers to help serve the communities that we have a presence in by assisting our clients that are affected by issues such as neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health, parental and substance abuse. Cases will be handled by phone, on Teams, or in person. You will oversee assessing clients and gathering relevant information about their cases, providing crisis intervention, and contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.

A key to succeeding in this role is the ability to stay calm and empathize with clients when they are upset. You should also be aware of others’ reactions and understand why they react as they do.
