TSG has an immediately available opportunity with an established medical provider in south San Diego. They are looking for an IT Support Specialist to come in and provide support for their software and hardware across the organization. This individual will be focusing on providing support directly to the end users across all levels of seniority.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
• Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically.
• Recommend hardware and software improvements.
• Track customer issues and resolutions.
• Assist with the maintenance of software and hardware inventory.
• Enforce IT standards across the support team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years’ experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with EHR, EMR or EPM is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, and desktops Windows XP/2003/2007.
• Positive and professional demeanor
