ABOUT THE CENTERS:

We currently have 12 locations throughout Chicagoland.  Some facilities will be focusing strictly on the medically complex short term rehab patient and others may have a more diverse population.  These are Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Independent Care Facilities (ICFs) and two are Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF). 

CURRENT LOCATIONS:  We have facilities in:  Aurora, Bourbonnais, Chicago, Crestwood, Frankfort, Joliet, Lisle, Mundelein, Waukegan, West Chicago … Where would you like to work?

Qualifications

THIS IS WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU:

• 5+ years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility is ideal.
• For some of our centers, this should include management of a large center with a high volume of admits & discharges and patients of a high acuity level. 
• For other centers, experience with the behavioral health population will be ideal.
• Ability to build a team and potentially bring some with you.
• A love for what you do, and your credentials reflects that.
