Are you compassionate, reliable, and looking for a rewarding career helping others? We’re seeking a Transitional Aide to join our care team!
What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on support and companionship to clients as they transition between services or care locations.
Assist with daily living activities and individualized care needs.
Work closely with our care team to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
Travel to different client homes as assigned.

💡 Must be FLEXIBLE with hours — schedules vary based on client needs.
Support clients one-on-one in their homes (no hospital or rehab assignments).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Previous caregiving experience preferred
