About the Role:

Join Milex Complete Auto Care as a Transmission Installer and be a key player in delivering top-notch automotive service. We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and eager to make a difference in our customers' driving experience.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair transmission issues in a variety of vehicles.

Install, remove, and replace transmissions efficiently and accurately.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on transmission systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate findings clearly.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Transmission Installer or in a similar role.

ASE certification in Transmission Repair is preferred.

Strong understanding of automotive systems and transmission components.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
