About the Role:

DMN Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This mid-level position is responsible for customer invoicing, payment tracking, collections, and account reconciliation while working closely with our operations and accounting teams.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer invoices.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.

Communicate with customers regarding payments, billing questions, and account discrepancies.

Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records.

Investigate and resolve billing issues and deductions.

Work with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Assist with collections and payment arrangements.

Support various accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous billing, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred in logistics field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
