We are looking for a dedicated Transportation Coordinator/Dispatcher to manage trucking communications, load postings, rates, and delivery instructions, and to keep all shipment information updated across our platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation of export cargo for company clients

Post and manage loads on load boards

Communicate daily with trucking companies and carriers

Negotiate rates and confirm load details with carriers

Understand cargo measurements (weight, dimensions, pallets, containers)

Provide clear pickup and delivery instructions to drivers

Track pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance

Manage and update shipment data in the company’s internal platform

Ensure all information related to pick orders, transportation, and deliveries is accurate and complete

Resolve issues related to delays, changes, or delivery problems

Requirements

Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or freight brokerage

Knowledge of load boards

Understanding of cargo measurements and transportation requirements

Ability to negotiate rates with trucking companies

Strong communication and coordination skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Comfortable working with online platforms and transportation systems
