Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and schedule transportation services for zTrip programs and clients
• Serve as a routing specialist for on-demand and scheduled services
• Monitor trips and routes in real time, making adjustments to maintain on-time performance
• Coordinate driver availability and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Respond promptly to transportation incidents or delays, updating schedules as needed
• Manage incoming calls, texts, emails, radio, and chat communications with professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed dispatch logs and service reports
• Collaborate with Road Supervisors and management to improve operational efficiency
• Perform other dispatch or administrative duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dispatch, routing, or call center environment
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools
• Knowledge of call center systems, mapping/navigation tools, and internet browsers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience as a dispatcher, customer service representative, or rental clerk a plus
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn through hands-on training
