    Position Overview

    The Transportation Dispatch Workflow Assistant helps maintain smooth dispatch operations by tracking shipments, supporting workflow execution, and communicating operational updates. Pittsburgh candidates may participate in hybrid activities; remote applicants can engage fully online through Oregon-based systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Track shipment activity and update dispatch systems

    Assist with operational coordination between internal teams

    Maintain detailed records of shipments and dispatch actions

    Communicate delays, exceptions, or operational changes proactively

    Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment

    Support continuous workflow optimization

    Identify issues and collaborate on solutions

    Qualifications
