We’re looking for dependable, detail‑oriented professionals to coordinate daily transportation activity, support drivers, and ensure every trip runs smoothly.

    Responsibilities of a Transportation Dispatcher:

    • Assign and schedule trips based on driver availability and customer needs
    • Monitor real‑time fleet activity to maintain on‑time performance
    • Communicate route details, updates, and schedule changes clearly and professionally
    • Maintain accurate records of routes, vehicle assignments, and trip coordination
    • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to improve efficiency
    • Handle unexpected challenges with calm, solution‑focused professionalism

    Requirements of a Transportation Dispatcher:

    • Experience in dispatching, logistics, scheduling, or transportation operations (preferred)
    • Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
    • Familiarity with dispatch systems, GPS tracking, or routing software (a plus)
    • Valid driver’s license required
