What You’ll Do as a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Assign drivers based on availability, location, and real‑time service demand
• Monitor fleet activity and proactively address issues to maintain on‑time performance
• Communicate trip details, updates, and routing adjustments to drivers
• Maintain accurate records of driver assignments and dispatch operations
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to support efficiency and consistency
• Respond quickly and professionally to last‑minute changes, delays, or service disruptions

What You Bring as a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or fleet coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch or routing software (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
