    We’re currently hiring a Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team in Fort Collins, CO. In this essential role, you’ll coordinate communication between drivers and customers—ensuring timely trip assignments, monitoring fleet activity, and resolving service issues to keep everything running efficiently.

    What You’ll Do as a Dispatcher:

    • Assign trips to drivers based on availability, location, and customer needs
    • Monitor real-time fleet activity to ensure on-time performance and efficient routing
    • Communicate trip details, route updates, and service changes clearly and professionally
    • Maintain accurate logs of trip coordination, vehicle assignments, and driver status
    • Collaborate with the operations team to address service disruptions or emergencies
    • Support drivers and customers by providing real-time solutions and guidance

    What You Bring:

    • Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service (preferred)
    • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with dispatching or routing software is a plus
    • Valid driver’s license required
