Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Routes – Plan and manage efficient routes to ensure timely passenger pickups
• Coordinate Schedules – Monitor and adjust driver schedules in real-time
• Customer Support – Resolve transportation issues and respond to inquiries professionally
• Driver Assistance – Support drivers with route changes and updates as needed
• Effective Communication – Handle inbound and outbound calls clearly and courteously

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or transportation is a plus
