Transportation Dispatcher – Keep zTrip Running Smoothly

We’re seeking a Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily driver activity and help maintain seamless service. In this role, you’ll support drivers, oversee trip flow, and troubleshoot issues to keep operations running on time.

What You’ll Do as a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Assign drivers based on real‑time demand, availability, and location
• Monitor fleet activity and address issues that impact punctuality
• Communicate routing updates and trip adjustments to drivers
• Maintain accurate and organized dispatch logs
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams
• Manage last‑minute changes or delays with professionalism and urgency

What You Bring as a Transportation Dispatcher:

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, or scheduling (preferred)
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with dispatch or routing software (a plus)
• A valid driver’s license
