    What You’ll Do as a Transportation Recruiting Coordinator:

    Lead Driver Recruitment

    • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
    • Establish recruiting goals and consistently meet or exceed hiring targets

    Outreach & Candidate Engagement

    • Implement creative outreach initiatives to identify and connect with top driver talent
    • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact, delivering an excellent candidate experience

    Hiring & Onboarding Support

    • Host informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
    • Guide candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle—from first contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment

    Process Management & Reporting

    • Track applicant activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
    • Provide regular recruiting updates, insights, and performance reports to leadership

    Retention & Team Collaboration

    • Partner closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support seamless onboarding and long‑term driver success
    • Build positive, professional relationships with drivers and office staff
    • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional projects as needed

    What You Bring as a Transportation Recruiting Coordinator:

    • Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or a related field (preferred)
    • A self‑driven, goal‑focused approach to work
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Reliability, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability
