    Routing Dispatcher

    zTrip is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Routing Dispatcher to support our transportation operations and help ensure efficient, on-time service throughout our network. In this role, you will coordinate driver assignments, optimize route coverage, monitor active trips, and serve as a vital link between drivers, customers, and the operations team.

    This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for keeping transportation services running smoothly and efficiently.

    What You'll Do as a Routing Dispatcher:

    As a Routing Dispatcher , you will:

    • Assign and route drivers based on trip demand, geographic coverage, availability, and scheduling requirements
    • Monitor trips in real time and proactively address delays, route adjustments, and service interruptions
    • Communicate routing updates, dispatch instructions, and operational information to drivers
    • Work closely with customers to assist with ride requests, service inquiries, and transportation concerns
    • Ensure route efficiency while maintaining high service standards and on-time performance
    • Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip logs, and operational reports
    • Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to improve service delivery and overall efficiency

    What We're Looking for as a Routing Dispatcher:

    • Previous experience in dispatching, routing, transportation, logistics, fleet coordination, or customer service preferred
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Ability to think quickly and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with dispatching, routing, or scheduling software is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Valid driver's license required

    Schedule

    Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
