Responsibilities / Key Duties:

• Plan and schedule freight shipments for local and interstate routes

• Communicate with drivers and carriers to confirm pickup and delivery times

• Monitor shipment progress and report exceptions or delays

• Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and dispatch records

• Collaborate with operations team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency

• Experience in freight dispatch, logistics coordination, or transportation planning preferred
