We are a compassionate Adult Day Care Center dedicated to providing safe, engaging, and supportive services for adults who require daytime supervision, socialization, and care. Transportation is a critical part of our mission, ensuring participants arrive safely and comfortably each day.

The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all transportation operations for our Adult Day Care center. The Supervisor manages drivers, vehicles, scheduled and transportation related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transportation routes and schedules.

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of participants

Adjust routes and schedules ad needed due to participant changes, traffic or emergencies.

Serve as the main point of contact for transportation-related concerns.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations

Conduct routine safety checks and ride-along as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong leadership skills

Preferred: Supervisory or management experience

First Aid and CPR Certification
