    Your Responsibilities as a Transportation Talent Acquisition Specialist:

    • Develop Recruitment Strategies Create and implement effective plans to attract and retain qualified drivers.
    • Set & Achieve GoalsEstablish clear recruiting targets and work proactively to meet or exceed them.
    • Lead Outreach Campaigns Plan and execute creative initiatives to engage high-quality driver candidates.
    • Engage with Candidates Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
    • Host Informational Sessions Organize and lead orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
    • Streamline the Hiring Process Guide applicants from initial contact through final onboarding and vehicle assignment.
    • Manage Applicant Flow Track candidates, maintain accurate records, and update our applicant tracking system.
    • Provide Reporting & InsightsDeliver regular recruitment progress reports to leadership.
    • Support Team Success Work closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high driver satisfaction.
    • Build Strong Relationships Foster positive relationships with drivers and staff to support long-term retention.
    • Promote a Positive Culture Contribute to a supportive, service-focused, team-oriented workplace.
    • Demonstrate Initiative Perform other duties as assigned to help achieve recruitment goals.

    What We’re Looking for as a Transportation Talent Acquisition Specialist:

    • Experience in recruiting, hiring, or sales (preferred)
    • Goal-driven and motivated with strong sourcing instincts
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Dependable, proactive, and self‑motivated
