    What You’ll Do

    • Develop Effective Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute plans designed to attract, engage, and retain qualified drivers.
    • Set and Achieve Recruiting Goals: Establish clear hiring targets and work proactively to meet—or exceed—them.
    • **Lead Outreach & Engagement Efforts: **Design and run creative campaigns to connect with high‑quality driver candidates.
    • Engage with Applicants: Respond quickly and professionally to candidate inquiries, ensuring an excellent recruitment experience.
    • Host Informational Sessions: Organize and facilitate orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
    • Streamline the Hiring Process: Guide applicants through each stage—from initial contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment.
    • Manage Applicant Flow: Track candidates, maintain accurate documentation, and update the applicant tracking system.
    • **Provide Reporting & Insights: **Deliver regular updates and performance reports to leadership.
    • **Support Team & Company Success: **Collaborate closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong long‑term driver satisfaction.
    • Build Strong Professional Relationships: Foster positive, supportive relationships with drivers and staff to strengthen retention efforts.
    • Contribute to a Positive Culture: Promote a team‑oriented, service‑focused, and supportive work environment.
    • Show Initiative: Perform additional duties as needed to meet recruiting objectives.

    What You Bring as a Transportation Talent Acquisition Specialist:

    • Experience in recruiting, hiring, or sales (preferred)
