As a Transportation and Short Shift Specialist you will help seniors stay active and independent by assisting with transportation short home visits and routine support. This role offers predictable daytime routes close to home.

Responsibilities

Provide safe transportation and escort clients to medical appointments therapy visits and errands

Assist with short home visits including light housekeeping meal preparation medication reminders and general check ins

Provide basic mobility support transfers and fall prevention awareness

Maintain clear documentation through the caregiver scheduling app

Communicate proactively with the office regarding schedules or client updates

Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
