Overview Love a fast-paced, route-style day helping multiple clients? As a Transportation & Short-Shift Specialist, you’ll keep seniors active and independent while maintaining a consistent, predictable schedule near home.

Primary duties

Safe transportation and escort to medical/therapy appointments and errands

Short ADL/IADL visits: light housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders, check-ins

Clear documentation in app; proactive communication with office

Basic mobility assistance and safe transfers; fall-prevention awareness
