The Regional Operations Manager (RM) is responsible for managing overall operations within an assigned region, including leading a team of District Managers responsible for driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout their assigned apartment communities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the selection, hiring and training of District Managers for your region
Evaluate performance of your management team
Investigate and respond to employee and escalated customer matters in your region
Monitor and analyze service levels and trends to identify areas of opportunity
Ensure the effective and proper use of resources within region (inventory, travel etc..)
Ensure new properties are onboarded (rolled out) according to Trash Butler's roll-out procedure
Communicate and facilitate the effective implementation of Trash Butler policies and procedures within assigned region
Provide ongoing support, including tools and resources to help team succeed and filling in where needed for District Managers that are out on leave/vacation etc...
Promote ongoing development of your team through team building and other employee engagement activities
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
3 years of people management/leadership experience including developing others
Prior experience in multi-site operations and remote management of full-time employees
Working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance and terminations
Prior experience and success with business-to-business customer service and problem solving
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Word, Excel and Outlook email
BS degree preferred

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance with good driving record
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor setting and walking the distance of a property
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, bend at waist/knees and lift bag over shoulder, climb up/down stairs, drive for periods of time
Flexibility to be on call during daytime and evening hours and adapt to changing priorities
Flexibility to periodically travel out of state as needed
