The Operations Coordinator (Full-Time) will be will responsible for driving 100% satisfaction from property managers on all Trash Butler contracts. The successful candidate will coordinate with the field teams to ensure there is 100% service level at all Trash Butler communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to self-manage and motivate others. The ability to WOW both customers and team members every day!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate onboarding of new communities
Interface with property managers and field teams nationally
Back office administrative duties, to include booking travel and inventory maintenance
Work closely with company executives to improve the organization
Work closely with Finance team on all contracts AP and AR accounts
Manage warehouse
Coordinate all deliveries and pick ups
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Associates degree or equivalent or 2 years related experience and training or a combination of the two
Computer skills are a must with knowledge of Mircrosoft applications and internet programs
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Typing proficiency minimum 45 WPM
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in an environment that has many interruptions
Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
Ability to demonstrate personal integrity in a team environment
