MISSION:
The Trash Butler Sales and Compliance Coordinator will provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for Operations and Sales alike, by keeping schedules, communicating with clients, assessing contracts and ensuring completion and maintaining other information as assigned. Responsible for improving and sustaining processes that allows for accurate, expedient and timely service for our clients and support to the entire estate planning team and performs administrative duties related to the operational affairs of Trash Butler as requested.
The goal of the Sales and Compliance Coordinator will be to facilitate the team’s sales activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Develops systems and procedures for administering and tracking legal undertakings, coordinates and consolidates the legal information to meet deadlines
Prepares various legal agreements and forms required for signature, drafts correspondence, and various other documents
Monitors legislation and keeps the leadership team abreast of the evolution of pertinent bills
Coordination of all trade shows, events, booths and supplies
Maintain data/storage for all files and contracts
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Strong computer skills (MS Office- Word, Excel)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Minimum 3 years office experience (or educational equivalent), preferably with a background in the Legal field
Multi-family industry experience/knowledge preferred
BS/BA in Business Administration; J.D. highly preferred
Legal/Paralegal Experience a plus
CRM experience preferred
