    Position Description

    We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help build and maintain our sales pipeline and to help our team to work smarter. Reporting to the SALES MANAGER and collaborating closely with our OPERATIONS TEAM, you'll source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across key B2B verticals.     Responsibilities

    • Email outreach to book appointments for product demonstrations
    • Lead-generation via prospecting. Video & phone calls with prospective clients
    • Daily use of tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intercom, Twilio, Airtable and more
    • Clearly communicate Trash Warrior's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there's a good fit
    • Provide timely support to the Sales Manager as well the Operations team as needed

    Required qualifications

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn and deliver results
    • Relevant full time experience in a customer facing, business development, sales role
    • Interest or ability to build relationships, qualify prospects, promote ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges
    • Passion & Interest in sustainability and/or waste services
    • Education: 4-year BA/BS degree required.

    Nice to have

    • Full time experience working with senior leadership in a relevant B2B vertical. Relevant B2B verticals: food & beverage, hospitality, construction, warehousing, retail, event planning, property management, commercial real estate

    Compensation & Benefits

    This position will start as a contractor, with a high possibility of extending to a full time salaried offer after 3-6 months of satisfactory job performance. You will be compensated with a competitive base salary with uncapped commission. TOP LEVEL REPS CARRY A TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE OF $60,000+ ANNUALLY

    This is a full-time position located in downtown San Francisco. Working from home is a possibility if needed - you will l be required to work on-site in the San Francisco office at least 2 days per week.
