The position of Sales Professional is responsible for helping to grow the Trask Performance customer base, becoming an expert in our products and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate for this position is a multi-faceted specialist responsible for a significant focus on customer service and growing sales.
Job Description:
- Handling inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers
- Participate in Facebook Groups and Online Forums to generate sales
- Working with Live Chat for on demand customer inquiries on our site
- Offering personalized and thoughtful solutions that fit customers needs
- Work with our CRM to follow up with and keep track of existing customers, new leads and opportunities
- Inputting sales using our invoicing system
- Customer followup
- Becoming fluent with all our products and what we can offer our customer base
Experience:
- Being able to give honest answers or solutions to problems is more important than to know everything about anything
- A person who is motivated by customer satisfaction, but has the desire to earn money
- A well spoken person that knows how to gather customer information and focus on the sale
- General understanding of Performance or Aftermarket Products in relation to motorcycles, specifically Harley-Davidson
- Highly organized and understands the importance of following up with the customer
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proven track record in learning products, fitments and how it relates to the customer
Skills Required:
- Extremely reliable

- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable with using a CRM
- Strong phone skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for motorcycles and a willingness to learn
Pay: Base + Commission.
