Description:
- Research and recommend cruise destinations to clients
- Attend daily webinars and training
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and activities available to cruisers
- Create itineraries and invoices for group and family cruises
- Follow-up with clients and prepare them for their travel event
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Must be comfortable working in a remote setting
- Must be 18yrs of age or older
