Global Elite Healthcare is advertising a Role for an Experienced Director of Nursing.

We seek an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee the delivery of nursing and clinical care, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. This role requires leadership, quality assurance, and organizational alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Providing oversight for MDS assessments, care planning, and the RAI process (Resident Assessment and Implementation).
• Ensuring continuity in nursing services through quality checkpoints (incident reports, accident & injury reports, 24-hour daily reports).
• Conducting resident rounds, including regulatory compliance rounds, ensuring residents receive timely follow-up.

• Minimum of 3 years professional nursing experience.
• Experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in Hawaii.

Stipend and Benefits:

• Airfare Assistance: $800 travel stipend provided to cover airfare expenses.

• Housing Support: $500 per week allocated for housing accommodations.

• Transportation Allowance: $150 per week provided for car rental.

• Daily Living Expenses: $563 weekly per diem to cover meals and incidental costs.
