    Industrial Electrician – Traveling (CT Licensed) Location: Primarily Connecticut (50% travel required) Pay: $42 – $48/hour starting, plus travel stipend and bonus opportunities Signing Bonus: $2,500

    About Us Electrisource Corp is a Connecticut-based electrical contracting company specializing in industrial and government projects. We’re growing and looking for skilled, motivated electricians who want to expand their expertise into the industrial sector. If you hold a valid Connecticut journeyman’s license, we can provide the industrial training you need to succeed.

    Position Overview In this role, you’ll work both locally in CT (about 50% of the time) and at out-of-state job sites (about 50% travel). You’ll perform a variety of industrial electrical work, including installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with opportunities to learn advanced industrial systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Run rigid conduit and pull wire/cables

    Install cable tray systems

    Work from blueprints and schematics

    Install control wiring and build panels

    Install LED lighting systems

    Operate aerial lifts safely

    Wire PLCs and control cabinets

    Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables

    Work collaboratively with team members on large projects

    Qualifications

    Must have a valid Connecticut Journeyman Electrician’s License

    Strong desire to learn industrial electrical work

    Positive attitude and willingness to travel

    Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

    Able to work effectively in a team environment

    Industrial experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate

    Compensation & Benefits

    $42 – $48/hour starting pay (based on experience)

    $2,500 signing bonus

    $5.00/hour travel stipend

    All travel expenses paid by the company

    Annual performance bonus (3–6% of annual pay)
