Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Employment Type: Travel Contract

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Travel LPN to provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN at facilities across the country, supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Communicate patient status and changes to the RN and care team
• Support care planning and implementation under RN supervision
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
• Adapt quickly to new facility protocols and EMR systems

Requirements:

• Active LPN license (compact or state-specific, as required)
• Current BLS certification
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Willingness to travel and relocate temporarily for assignments
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
