Medical Assistant (Home Visits) – St. Louis, MO

What You'll Do:

• Visit about 6 patients' homes each day.

• Confirm Primary Care Provider info.

• Reconcile medication lists.

• Verify patient allergies.

• Complete Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) questionnaires.

• Take vital signs.

• Perform up to 6 preventive screenings (PADnet, DPNCheck, dry blood spot, FIT Kit, urine dipstick, DRE exam).

What You Need:

• 1+ year Medical Assistant experience.

• 6+ months in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Skilled with back office Medical Assistant work.

• Medical Assistant Diploma or Board Certification.

• Active driver's license and reliable car.

• Comfort with EMR systems and mobile tech.

• Available 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Annual Wellness Visits.

• Home visit experience.

• Geriatric care background.
