    Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community

    • Role : Medical Assistant
    • Location/Type: Benton County, AR • Field-based role with statewide and nationwide travel
    • Pay: $31/hour + $0.725/mile reimbursement
    • Schedule: Full-time • Weekdays • Daytime hours

    Get out of the clinic routine and deliver preventive care directly in patients' homes throughout Benton County while supporting patients across Arkansas and other markets as needed.

    What you'll do

    • Visit patients in homes throughout Benton County
    • Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
    • Complete Well-Child Visits
    • Focus on prevention and early intervention
    • Build stronger patient relationships without rushed visits
    • Chart using modern EMR tools
    • Travel to support patients across Arkansas and other regions
    • Work independently with clinical team support

    Must-haves

    • 1+ year as a Medical Assistant
    • CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification
    • 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine
    • Comfortable with regional and overnight travel
    • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
    • Strong communication and documentation skills

    Nice to have

    • Medicare Annual Wellness Visit experience
    • Well-Child Visit experience
    • Home health or community-based care experience

    Schedule & setup

    • Full-time weekday schedule
    • Daytime hours only
    • Most visits occur throughout Benton County
    • Overnight travel required 2–3 times monthly
    • Occasional statewide and nationwide travel as needed
    • Schedules provided 2 weeks ahead
    • Hotels, flights, and meals fully covered
    • Modern EMR and mobile charting tools
