    SynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dependable and motivated Neurodiagnostic Technician to join our Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) team in a travel-based role in and around St Louis, Missouri. This position involves extensive driving and occasional out-of-state travel to perform neurodiagnostic testing and support patient care services. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, compassionate with patients, and comfortable working independently in both clinical and mobile settings.

    Responsibilities

    Perform neurodiagnostic testing for patients in various clinical and mobile environments

    Prepare patients for testing and ensure accurate documentation and handling of results

    Travel regularly throughout Missouri and surrounding states to support patient services

    Maintain testing equipment, supplies, and operational readiness while traveling

    Ensure patient comfort, professionalism, and safety during appointments

    Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication related to testing appointments

    Maintain compliance with clinic protocols and health/safety standards

    Support overall clinic and operational needs as assigned

    Qualifications

    EEG experience strongly preferred

    Healthcare background is a plus

    Previous experience in neurodiagnostics, medical assisting, or a clinical setting preferred

    Willing to train the right candidate

    Excellent communication and patient care skills

    Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage daily responsibilities

    Comfortable with extensive driving and out-of-state travel

    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

    Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules/environments
