Weekly Gross Pay: $2,403 for 36 hours

Taxable: $835 weekly ($23.20 x 36)

Non-Taxable: $1,568 weekly ($43.56 x 36)

Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Shift: 12-hours Nights/Days

Duration: 13 weeks

Ideal candidates should have:

• 2 Years of recent OR RN experience in a Level I trauma and highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma exp in like-size/larger facility required.

• AZ or Compact RN license required; BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
