    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Travel Patient Coordinator (Sales-Focused) to support multiple spa locations nationwide.

    This is a high-ticket sales role , focused on converting consultations into revenue, building client relationships, and consistently achieving performance targets.

    Compensation & Earnings

    • Base Pay: $3,500/month
    • Commission: 3% / 5% / 7% (based on daily performance)
    • Earning Potential: $115,000 – $140,000+ annually

    Travel Requirement

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct consultations and close high-value treatment packages
    • Meet and exceed daily and monthly revenue targets
    • Handle objections and confidently convert leads into clients
    • Deliver a premium, luxury-level client experience
    • Work closely with spa teams to support overall sales performance
    • Adapt quickly to new environments and teams

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in high-ticket sales (aesthetics, medical spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar)
    • Strong closer with consistent performance
    • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
    • Willingness to travel for extended periods (up to 6 months)
    • Interest in beauty, skincare, and wellness is a plus

    Schedule
