Position Overview

We are seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Representatives to join our storm restoration team. This is a high-performance, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Schedule and set qualified appointments for inspections
• Educate homeowners on the hail damage repair process
• Build trust with clients and support the closing process
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing sales training
• Relocate to designated storm markets 2–3 times per year

Compensation & Incentives

• $1000-$1500 commission per repair order (average estimate)*
• Weekly commission payouts
• Performance bonuses (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Milestone rewards (including luxury Rolex ceremony for top performers)
