Come Join The Woodhouse Day Spa Team! We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. This is a travel-required position between both spas.

Our Spa Coordinators truly make the world go ‘round—and we love that!
More specifically, our qualified Spa Coordinator:
Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
Supports the General Manager and leadership team
Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed
Requirements:
Meevo experience required or highly preferred
Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
