Summary:
Searching for former travel agents who speak fluent French Canadian and are looking for a new trade to learn. Our client is needing to hire professionals with excellent customer service skills to assist callers with insurance claim questions. Additionally, the agent would be responsible for upselling travel insurance products. This is a full-time job with a 37.5hr work week and 6-9 month on the job (paid) training.  **MUST BE A FLUENT FRENCH- CANADIAN SPEAKER**

• Bi-lingual (Fluent French-Canadian) language is required

• A minimum of 3yrs experience working in the travel industry required
• Some knowledge of travel insurance preferred
• Excellent written and oral communications skills a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
